warren park hockey | toronto children’s photographer

Today, I had a very sports filled day.  That is to say, more sports filled than the usual weekend day which typically involves watching my son’s soccer OR hockey team play one game.  Months ago, I committed to being the club photographer for a local soccer club my son plays rep soccer for, and to capturing shots of their last tournament of the 2014 summer season.  But then I doubled booked myself for the day when I was selected to take on the role of league photographer and to contribute the photo-of-the-week for a local hockey club.  So Saturday I travelled back and forth between Woodbridge and Toronto – twice – and split my time between soccer pitches and hockey rinks.  All told, I saw two soccer games and three hockey games.  Stepping out of my comfort zone a bit, but having a ton of fun too.  And besides, “children” come in all sizes and ages.

Here are some of the rink shots.  Stay tuned for those from the pitch!
