9/52 – There’s nothing like a Saturday morning pedicure to start the weekend off right. I came down to the kitchen this morning to this sweet moment between my girls. Not sure if the oldest was feeling particularly loving, generous or sweet towards her little sister or if she just wanted to rock her inner aesthetician this morning, but in either case it made me smile. Of course, the inevitable tears came when the time came to go to the arena to support their brother play hockey and I made them put on socks and boots (Oh the horror! The drama!). Sadly, Toronto is still in such a deep freeze, that it will be many, many more #saturdaymornings before they can wear any footwear to show off their pretty toes.
