35/52 – In two days, you will start grade 2.  Grade 2 already!?  How is that possible? I find myself wanting to stop time, or at least to slow it down.  But it marches on.  You’re ready to go with your knapsack packed with new binders and pencil cases.  Freshly sharpened pencil crayons and mechanical pencils.  Your outfit is chosen.  You can’t wait to wear your new running shoes.  And you will, I know, skip into the school when the bell rings, with nary a backwards glance.
