My own days of having an energetic toddler and a newborn are long gone, but I remember them fondly. One of the privileges of parenthood is being able to see the world through a child’s eyes again and there is something incredibly sweet about seeing a toddler experience being a “big” sibling. I loved meeting this new family of four recently, and bonding over common names, ancestries and “flower girls”, while all the while trying to keep up with a very energetic 22 month old!
